1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clearway CORE (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clearway CORE is a church management platform that provides tools for managing goals, meetings, tasks, and organizational vision. The Service includes optional integration with Google Workspace for calendar synchronization and document storage.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized by your church organization to use this Service. By registering, you represent that you have such authorization.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Managing church operations and administration
• Collaborating with team members within your organization
• Storing and organizing church-related information

4.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Service to store or distribute inappropriate content

5. Google Integration

If you choose to connect your Google account:

• You authorize us to access specific Google services as described in our Privacy Policy
• You can revoke this access at any time through your account settings
• We will use Google data only for the features you've explicitly enabled
• Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's terms

6. Content Ownership and Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.2 Service Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Clearway and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Subscription

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.

7.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You must provide accurate billing information

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearway and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• At our sole discretion with or without notice

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
